HOW GMC Works

How to get started?
  1. Create an account on GameManager.Cloud
  2. Create a Team There you can invite other users and manage their rights...
  3. Create a Node (Your dedicated machine)
  4. Open the "Node" tap and create a new node in the top right
  5. Download and install the daemon on your dedicated machine (Link on the web panel or here),
  6. Enter the invite token shown on the Web-Panel,
  7. Create a Game Server under the Servers tab in the top right
  8. Set all your settings, start up and join your own server!
My ASA server is not displayed in-game [Certificate]

The ASA (ASE Epic) servers require a certificate. You can easily install it with this script:
1. Open GitHub Repository
1. Run the script in PowerShell
2. Restart Node (Dedicated Server)
3. Start GMC Daemon

Daemon Console Commands

The daemon console offers the possibility to start and stop servers via commands. If our website is under maintenance or unexpectedly unavailable, such things can still be done. Here is a small list of commands:

  • help -> Lists all available commands,
  • debug -> Activates the debug mode of the daemon,
  • server list -> Lists all servers, here you can also find the ServerId for other commands,
  • server start <id> -> Starts the server with the specified Id,
  • server restart <id> -> Restarts the server with the specified Id,
  • server stop <id> -> Stops the server with the specified Id
How can I install the ASE Preaquatica Beta?

When creating a server, you can activate Enable Preaquatica Beta. If you want to switch an already installed server to the Preaquatica beta (or back), you can do so via the setting GMC -> Enable Preaquatica Beta. When the setting changes, the server is automatically updated.

What should I do if I need an important function/setting that is missing?

Security and Privacy

Your own hardware

Use your own dedicated server (node) and retain full control over your data, settings and everything else.
The GMC Daemon that you install on your node is open source (https://github.com/swiftbytegbr/gmc-daemon), so you can see exactly what we can do on your server at any time.

Open Source

GMC will not be released as fully open source. However, we are making the source code of the GMC Daemon public – the software that runs on your dedicated servers. This step creates transparency and trust, giving you full insight into what is running on your system. You can explore the source code anytime on GitHub:

GDPR Compliance

GameManager Cloud uses a Daemon (Client) on your servers that connects to our Backend and web panel.

All communication is encrypted with modern standards, and your data is stored exclusively in an EU datacenter. We operate as a data processor and comply with all obligations under the GDPR, including strict security, access control, and retention policies. You have full rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your data at any time.

Our full privacy policy is available at https://app.gamemanager.cloud/privacy-policy.
